I’m 5’4 1/2 in both pictures. On the left I was at my highest of 180lbs in the freshmen year of high school. I hated taking pictures then and it was by chance that that picture was even saved! I decided in my sophomore year that enough was enough and that I wanted to be confident! I decided to stop eating all fast food and drink only water, vegetable juice and occasionally Orange juice. I ate whatever my mom cooked but I always made sure to do a lot of cardio throughout the day. Just recently I took the photo on the right while trying on swimwear and realized that I have come a looooonnnnnng way! However…I am not done. I still want to tone up a bit and be at least 140 lbs but my confidence has risen soooo much!
